Pelvic floor supports the intestine and urethra
Strong pelvic floor provides stability and better posture

Pelvic floor muscle physiotherapy is both fast, painless and gives immediate and highly effective results.

The technique is high intensive electromagnetic training, which is perfect for treating “feminine” problems.

Pelvic floor muscle physiotherapy is both fast, painless and gives immediate and highly effective results. The method trains and strengthens the pelvic floor muscles that are in the pelvis and there are several layers of muscles and connective tissue that form a flexible base plate. It is called the pelvic floor and is about one centimeter thick. The pelvic floor supports the intestine, uterus and bladder so that they do not sink down. It also provides support for the rectum, vagina and urethra so that you can keep tight.

You sit in a chair with light clothes and the treatment is completely painless.

  • Treatment time: 30 minutes equals 12,000 contractions
  • Home care: ingen
  • Anesthesia/Anaesthesia: none
  • Back to everyday life: Immediately
  • Sports/Training: Im fine to perform physical activity immediately after treatment
  • Intercourse: Avoid intercourse on the same day after treatment.
  • Number of treatments 3-5 (may vary) 2 to 3 times per week.
  • Risks: Easy training soreness.
  • Avoid: tampons and intercourse on the same day the treatment takes place.

You can return to your normal life immediately after the vaginal treatment.

Who is the vaginal treatment not suitable for?

– Ongoing infection

– Pacemaker or other device that can be disturbed by the machine

– Sexually transmitted disease

– Newly operated vaginally

– Menstruation (menstruation is not in itself a contraindication, but we do not recommend that you do a treatment when you have the most bleeding).

When you rest, the pelvic floor has a little tension that is not felt. If the pressure in the stomach increases, for example when you cough, sneez, lift, jump or run, there will also be a downward pressure on all the organs in the pelvis. Then it is important that muscles in the pelvic floor are well trained and can provide sufficient support upwards. Otherwise there is a risk that it may leak stool or urine.
